You are welcome to discuss problems or concerns with teachers.
Teachers don’t usually have time to talk at dropping-off or picking-up time. Instead, please get in touch with the School Office, who will make an appointment for you.
Do you have a concern?
If you are unhappy about something at school, please talk to your child’s class teacher first.
If the class teacher can’t resolve the problem, you can make an appointment to see the Headteacher.
Nearly all problems are sorted out this way. However, if you still have a concern, we will follow our official complaints procedure adopted by the Governing Body. You can get a copy of this procedure from the School Office.
